Question for WILLIAM'S DENTAL OFFICE

I'm looking for a topnotch dentist who is educated in the United States, & speak fluent English. I need extensive work on my teeth...need implants. Does your clinic have a dentist with the above mentioned qualifications and who does good implant work? How long does it take to get implants? Thank you for your time.
